Frequently Asked Questions
What if I don’t have time to do a full course right now?
The course is fully self-paced, so you can move through it at a pace that works for your schedule and commitments. Most instructors complete it in a maximum of 1–2 hours per week.
All paid registrants will also have continued access to the full curriculum for an additional six months after the 6-month cohort to review and revisit any information they'd like.

I’ve already invested in other courses. How is this different?
Many courses cover general anatomy, but this program goes deeper. Instead of just general anatomy, you'll learn pathophysiology: understanding how the most common injuries occur and present.
You'll see which specific Pilates exercises are indicated for these injuries, enabling you to create intentional, successful sessions. The training is practical and client-focused, building your confidence to work with injured clients.

Is this too advanced for me? I’m not sure I have enough experience.
Not at all! This course meets you where you are: whether you’re new or experienced. Complex topics are broken into clear, approachable frameworks so you can learn confidently without feeling overwhelmed.
We do recommend a general education in Pilates equipment and anatomy for the best learning experience. Instructors who have benefited from this course have ranged from apprentices, to instructors with 10+ years teaching experience.

Will this actually help me with my current clients?
Absolutely. The program is designed to be immediately applicable. You'll learn how to approach the injuries and conditions you already see and how to modify or cue based on your observations.
Additionally, there are weekly mentorship calls where you can bring your specific client cases directly to Ariel to ask about exercise programming and precautions, giving you personalized guidance for the clients you're working with right now.

I’m more of an in-person learner. How does this work online?
The program is highly interactive. You’ll get video demos, real-world case studies, and community support. You can submit questions and receive feedback, so you won’t be learning alone.
What if I can’t afford it right now?
Flexible payment plans make the investment manageable. Your return on investment is assured: most instructors find that their retention and demand as a teacher exponentially increase, allowing them to have greater impact and income.
